Our home, this Earth Place, is a living environment whose balance and harmony affect everything we do. The philosophy of Feng Shui is nature based and acknowledges the interrelationship of all creation. It's leading premise is that we can support this connection through finding balance and making a conscious effort to live sustainably and harmoniously on this planet. Earth Place Feng Shui is an expression of my belief in people's ability to adapt and change and in so doing to craft abundant lives for themselves.

I've studied with traditional Feng Shui masters, Baubiologists, and been a student of many other holistic traditions, whose integration has been my life's practice. My insights into the power of place come from a synthesis of the ancient teachings and an intention to facilitate healing. I value the Chinese methods but am also at ease translating them for the western consumer and then drawing on each client's personal path of expression to craft cures and remedies to address their concerns.

My style is pragmatic and educational. My practice includes aspects of Form School, Compass School, Flying Stars and other Earth based wisdoms including Geomancy and Shamanism.

About Paula Hills Starr

Paula is a founding member (1998) of the Portland Chapter of the International Feng Shui Guild and its director from 2002-2004. The Portland Chapter served as a model for a revival of the parent organization and has been integral in initiating professional standards and keeping Feng Shui in the mainstream in Portland, OR. Paula is a certified practitioner in Five Element Feng Shui who has attained the International Feng Shui Guild's Red Ribbon status.
